The way Mattucci Project works is that a group of volunteers will come by your street and pick up trash, remove weeds and trim overgrowth. The idea is to encourage property owners to start helping each other in maintaining curb appeal. Remember that most prospective buyers or renters will make a decision about the property by the time they drive up to it.
