As much as we have been experiencing a high vacancy factor across Southern California, Hot Spots such as Redondo Beach and a few other beach cities have been very successful at holding their value. Average price per foot on retail space hasn't come down much on Pacific Coast Hwy but you can rest assured that tenants are driving a hard bargain when it comes to build outs and rent abatement.
