When shopping for homes for sale in Redondo Beach you will notice a major price difference between the 90277 and the 90278 zip codes. The reason is because the 90277 is much more desirable and right next to the ocean. The 90278 is also very nice but it's more inland and it borders Lawndale and Hawthorne. School district is the same.
